10th ARIA(NET) Modeling Day

The recently concluded 10th edition of the “ARIA(NET) Modeling Day” is an event we always highly value, as it provides a wonderful overview of the various potential applications of atmospheric modeling.

Many topics were covered, ranging from the latest updates in our modeling suites to urban heat islands, from the development of emission scenarios in port areas to the impact of electric vehicle diffusion and the spread of pollen. The range of modeling applications is indeed vast and diverse!

Interest remains consistently high, with over a hundred people attending the event in person and remotely. This confirms that our choice to offer both in-person and remote participation options allows us to engage those who, often due to distance, would not be able to attend in Milan but are still interested in participating or presenting their work using our models.

As always, the added value of these occasions lies in the meetings and exchange of experiences among very diverse participants. We thank everyone for their participation, demonstrated interest, and willingness to share. See you next year!
