ARIANET is a consultancy firm operating in the environmental field. It was founded at the end of 2000 by a group of experts in atmospheric modeling, coming from research centers and the freelance sector.

The primary purpose of ARIANET is to enhance the understanding of the atmospheric environment through numerical simulation at various scales of meteorology, dispersion, and transformation of gaseous pollutants. The focus area is supporting public authorities and businesses in the impact assessment of projects and industrial discharges, integrated monitoring and forecasting of air quality, and designing interventions and remediation plans at the urban and basin scales.

The thematic and IT expertise of ARIANET’s staff enables us to effectively address all aspects of complex projects and provide turnkey systems to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

In 2022, ARIANET co-founded the Ecologja business network, together with TCR-TECORA, an Italian SME leading in the supply of instrumentation for pollution monitoring in industrial and environmental hygiene, and Environ-Lab (now part of the Eurofins group), which operates in environmental monitoring with chemical and microbiological analysis services for all industrial and manufacturing sectors, within a quality system certified by Accredia, as well as providing consultancy and support for workplace safety.

The network refers to the Salvemini Law Firm for environmental and health law in all its aspects, which also serves as the guarantor of the network itself. For health-related expertise, Ecologja electively relies on the team from the Department of Environment and Health at the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research.

Leveraging the accredited competencies of its partners, Ecologja provides integrated support for Environmental and Health Impact Assessments (EIAs and HIAs) and the subsequent Environmental and Health Monitoring Plans (EMPs and HMPs).

Along with ARIA Technologies and Troposfera, ARIANET is currently part of the SUEZ group, integrating into its Air & Climate solutions line. ARIANET’s digital solutions and expertise therefore complement SUEZ’s existing portfolio of air monitoring and treatment solutions and will be offered worldwide.
